Dear Parents/Guardians,
On Thursday, March 12, CKE sent home a hard copy packet for EVERY student to complete during the first week off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. CKE has also been sending
home hard copy packets over the past few weeks to ONLY households WITHOUT internet.
Students who are completing work offline, can submit their packets from Mondays at 9:00 am to
Tuesdays at 11:30 am (26.5 hour window). During this window of time, two bins will be placed at the
main entrance of the elementary. One bin will contain envelopes for the packets to be placed in and
pens to write the student's name, grade, and homeroom teacher. The other bin will be used to submit
the envelope containing the packet.
NOTE: Submission directions have been posted on the lid of each bin.
A note to Kindergarten parents: Do NOT turn in the paper materials that were sent home with the electronic instruction for at home learning.
THIS INFORMATION IS ONLY FOR THOSE STUDENT THAT ARE COMPLETING ALL WORK VIA HARD COPY PACKETS AND FOR THE PACKET SENT HOME WITH EVERY STUDENT ON MARCH 12.
