We are still learning some of the features of the new alert system. Listed below are some of our findings:
· The system uses a call logic that when a phone is answered, the system must receive a response such as hello ( or at 5:30 AM you can just grunt J ). The system may assume it is a lost call and will try calling you again. A response is necessary for the system to confirm you did receive the call.
· Some phones answer by playing music while your call is routed. This may cause a call to fail also.
